Matthew Kusserow

Financial Analyst

Mr. Kusserow is an Analyst at Innovation Capital, where he leverages a strong foundation in finance and accounting to support the firm’s advisory and transaction execution efforts. Prior to joining Innovation Capital, he interned with Dragonfly Capital Partners, contributing to a variety of M&A engagements alongside senior bankers.

He was also a member of the inaugural Investment Banking Accelerator Program at Gonzaga University, an intensive initiative designed to provide high-achieving students with early exposure to investment banking and related financial fields.

Mr. Kusserow earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University with a double major in Finance and Accounting. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
