As a Managing Director at Innovation Capital, Mr. Yoder has over 16 years of gaming experience and 30 years of experience as a technology executive. He has spent his career as a senior executive leading sales and commercial operations where he has played a lead role in identifying and executing strategic mergers & acquisitions and investments in gaming and gaming technology businesses.

Prior to joining Innovation Capital, Mr. Yoder was the Chief Commercial Officer for Playtech USA. He was responsible for guiding sales in a state-by-state market approach for Playtech by working with tribal and commercial licensed casino operators, regulators and industry groups. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Yoder has held senior sales and operations positions with GAN, Gamblit Gaming, GTECH, and IGT Interactive / Double Down. Mr. Yoder currently serves as an Advisory Board member for BetSparket and previously served on the Board of Directors of the American Gaming Association. In addition, he has held advisory board roles with Play Balto! (acquired by FuboTV) and ReadyFire! (acquired by Skillz, Inc.). He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Brighter Children, an education non-profit.

Mr. Yoder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from The Booth School at the University of Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Yoder achieved accreditation by the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Mr. Yoder is married to his wife Joey and they have three children, Alek, Lily, and Landyn. In his spare time, he coaches goalies for the Boulder Valley Lacrosse club.
