Steven M. Rittvo, President of the Innovation Group, is a twenty-eight year veteran of management studies and planning projects. His primary focus during the last eleven years has been the gaming industry where he has worked on projects in 42 states, 5 Canadian Provinces, Mexico and Central America, and on every other continent. His clients have included Caesars Entertainment, MGM Mirage, Pinnacle, Mandalay Bay, Isle of Capri, Harrah's, Trump Hotels and Casinos, as well as numerous Native American tribes and government agencies throughout the United States and the world. In addition, Mr. Rittvo has regularly provided financial analyses pertaining to gaming projects for use by Wall Street and many of the country's largest institutional investors.

Mr. Rittvo has been a featured speaker at over 30 gaming conferences, has written a chapter in a book published by UNLV and is a qualified expert witness in the areas of gaming project feasibility and financial analysis.

Mr. Rittvo has received a B.S. in Operation Research and a M.S. in planning from the Polytechnic University of New York.
