Kevin Scheible
Partner & Managing Director
As a Partner and Managing Director at Innovation Capital, Mr. Scheible has over 20 years of corporate finance experience for the gaming, hospitality and leisure industries that includes M&A advisory, debt and equity capital markets transactions, bank financings, private placements, restructurings and valuations. Since joining Innovation Capital, Kevin’s role has encompassed everything from new business development to transaction structuring and execution. Over the past 14 years at Innovation Capital, he has successfully led the execution of over 70 transactions/advisory assignments encompassing more than $6.0 billion of deal volume, and has played a key role in establishing the firm as a leading boutique investment bank in gaming industry.
From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Scheible was a integral member of the Gaming & Leisure industry group at Bank of America, where he developed expertise in both corporate and investment banking functions, helping to arrange over $36 billion of capital. In 2005, Mr. Scheible established Momentum Capital Advisory, an independent consulting firm, to work with Indian tribes and gaming companies on casino developments and related financing projects.
Throughout his career, Mr. Scheible has worked with a wide variety of gaming clients across the globe, including large commercial land-based casino operators, single property greenfield developers, Native American tribes, traditional gaming equipment suppliers, and emerging technology providers in both the social and real money sectors. Within the hospitality sector, Kevin has worked with early-stage quick serve restaurant operators, large scale lodging companies, as well as location-based entertainment and recreation businesses. Kevin enjoys personally investing in various opportunities across the real estate, gaming and restaurant industries via both equity and debt securities, often in situations that result in future banking opportunities for Innovation Capital.
Mr. Scheible earned a Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California. Kevin is married to his wife Diana and is a proud father of twins Alessandra and Vincent. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, playing golf, traveling and spending time with family.
